How do I get to the salon?

    Elle Salon is located inside the shopping center on the corner of Goldenwest St & Edinger Ave, across from Goldenwest College—near Hobby Lobby.

Is there parking?

    Yes, there is free parking right in front of the salon, including two handicap spaces.

What amenities are provided during my appointment?

  • Robes

  • Microfiber towels

How long should I expect to be at the salon?

​    Every head of hair is different, you can get an idea of how long your appointment will be by scheduling a consultation. Virtual consultations are now available.

What should I wear to my appointment?    

    Comfortable clothing is recommended.   A low neckline is best; collars & turtlenecks will get in the way and can potentially become stained with chemicals.  Robes are provided to protect your clothing - and make you feel luxurious! What forms of payment do you accept?

    Cash, Venmo, or Zelle.  No credit cards at this time, thank you.   If use of a credit card is necessary, a 3-5% fee will be added at checkout.

How does color service pricing work?

    Color service pricing is based on the time and product needed for your specific hair.  Prices listed online reflect starting rates.  Factors such as hair length, density, product usage, and chemical processing time may affect the final cost.  For a detailed quote tailored to your specific hair goals, please schedule a consultation. 

Can I purchase products during my visit?

    Yes.  I offer select Kevin Murphy, Unite and K18 products for sale in the salon.

Should I arrive with dirty hair before a chemical appointment?

    No.  It is a common misconception that hair is supposed to be dirty, or oily, before getting your color done.  Having dirty hair actually makes it more difficult for the color to penetrate the hair and this is especially important when covering grays.​

What is the cancellation policy?

   Cancel for free up to 48 hours ahead, otherwise you will be charged 30% of the service price for late cancellation or 50% for not showing up. Changes to your appointment can be made online at Fresha.com or via the Fresha app.
